Why this world doesn’t need Superman Returns

“Wish that I could fly. I am just out to find the better part of me. I am more than a bird, more than a plane, more than some pretty face besides a train. Its not easy to be me.”

Wonder if anyone told the folks at DC how tough it was to sit through the discovery. Why did he come back?? What have we done to deserve his presence?

Notice how his presence seems to affect that genius Lex Luther. A man obviously capable of doing his bit to improve the lot of mankind has been reduced to a debaucher widow chaser and interplanetary jewel thief not to forget a cheap real estate agent. And who may I ask is the catalyst.

For some reason super-heros seem to spur the development of super villainous deeds. Hence it comes as no surprise to me that this Clarks return coincides with a diabolical plan that will turn his crystals into prime beachfront property. All this on a solid foundation of Kriptonite of course. After all “Even heroes have the right to bleed”

Will someone tell me what the Lois Lane angle was all about? Is she married or just conveniently staying with a millionaire? How come supees son has every allergy in the book and is actually suffering from asthma (what happened to the yellow sun theory?). And why the hell does he not even sense the difference? Besides the silly disguise does Clark Kent have a part? Evidently not. And what does he want to do with Lois? Confused? Well perhaps you did not know but evidently "even heroes have the right to dream". Wish they wouldn’t do it on our time though.

The suit looks bad. The new avatar just about looks the part of Kent, but surely not SM. Batman you continue to rule.
