Trapped!!!

Contrary to popular belief this is not a footer review site. Also fancy music and am winding up for my first music review. Since you folks know me i guess that it will come as no surprise to find me reviewing stuff thats a bit dated.

People am talking about my tryst with The Cranberries: Stars. Bought the album about 5 weeks back and dont seem to be listening to anything else since. (Am headed to the music shop this aft and possibly might buy something that might break the grip).

What is it with Irish bands that appeal so much to me? Guess its the heady music, clear and distant voice and lyrics that does the trick. But with that brief discription I wont claim to have found the answer. Looked at the site to see if I could figure out and suggest you folks have a look if you find the time. For the network challenged here is the link: http://www.cranberries.ie/

Would specifically like to reccomend 'Dreams' and 'Linger' for the romantically inclined. 'Analyse' gives me a great perspective to how I ought to conduct myself (specially after the enneagram session at Khandala where I figured I was a type 4; but more on that later). cant promise it will make the same impact on you people but am sure you will enjoy the song. A link to the lyrics: http://www.cranberries.com/music/songs/analyse.html 'Zombie', 'Ode to my family', 'Free to decide', 'Salvation', 'Time is ticking out' put together with the top 3 make the album irressistable and something you must carry with you on a long drive (like Malad to Bandra for instance)

Happy listening chaps. Do let me know what you feel and reco.
